Price is based on the number of users, making it equally affordable for small and large companies. The goal of the software is to make hours collection easy, ensure entered hours are never lost or forgotten, and to provide meaningful job costing information during and after a project is finished.

Program also serves as a client information system for all staff, and greatly adds to the efficiency of referencing recent job work activities.
