GAEB-Online 2016 is a small tool with which you can display electronic tenders in compliance with the German GAEB standard format and can then export them into MS-Excel® or OpenOffice® for further processing and calculation.
GAEB DA XML
GAEB-Online 2016 works with all GAEB DA XML Files. GAEB DA XML is supposed to serve the agreement of a uniform standard for the exchange of building information and thus to support all requirements to electronic processes concerning public notice, contracting and accounting in the execution of construction works. GAEB DA XML describes data exchange processes that make the transfer of complex structures into the internationally recognized description language eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
Export to MS-Word or PDF
A single mouse click and GAEB-Online 2016 can hand over all the previously mentioned RFQ as GAEB files to text processing systems such as MS-Word®, print or mail it as a PDF. Depending on the type of the GAEB file, the file can be printed with or without prices.
GAEB-Online 2016 can also hand over all the previously mentioned GAEB files to MS-Excel®, OpenOffice® or LibreOffice®. In these tools you can calculate your prices and import them into GAEB-Online 2016.
Calculate and import from MS-Excel or OpenOffice
In MS-Excel® calculated prices can be imported into GAEB-Online 2016 to create a electronic bid (GAEB D84-File) for electronic tendering.
